The property has two shower rooms with WC, one located on the first floor and another on the ground floor. There is a large entrance hall with under stair cupboard for boots and coats.

The sitting room has lots of character, exposed beams, an original fireplace with wood burning stove, partially panelled walls and a double french door to a raised, decked terrace overlooking the gardens and local countryside.

A fully fitted kitchen has an adjoining utility room and a dining area to one end.

A 'secret' door from the dining area communicates with the holiday cottage, this is sound proof and from the holiday cottage side, looks like a book case. This door allows the property to be used as one large sprawing family home or as two individual dwellings.



The holiday cottage

This has an open plan living are on the ground floor with an entrance door. The kitchen has fitted units and comes with appliances. The bedroom is located on the first floor with an ensuite shower room and toilet.

The owners have designed the holiday let to allow private parking and a private garden which cannot be seen from the main house.



The gardens are set out in different areas with terraces and seating areas from which to enjoy the views.

A paddock area has been set aside and is fully enclosed. - Riding is possible directly from the property.

Within the grounds is a large Block work and wooden garage with workshop and storage, plus a further building having many possible uses, both are in excellent condition.

The property has well and mains wtaer, electric heating and wood burning stove, Double glazing and good internet access
